miracle mud is it good

i'm just wondering if you can plant plants in this stuff, or should i just stick to ls in the fuge and for controlling the nitrates, phosphates, etc. and which plants are best suited for this i was thinking mangroves, shaving brush, maiden hair, and chaeto also plants need to assist in copepod development any suggestions on which way to go appreciated list above is plants interested in do not want all maybe 2 varieties thanks all oh also that calurpa stuff do not know anything about that one though thanx tobin :notsure:

any one know about this stuff? and i think this board could use another forum about products/additives/and proper use and even test/research them in bad case scenario and then we could get a better even more reliable info and just ask a question and only the moderator and people/aquariust of his choosing answer those questions just an idea what do you think? tobin ***)

I added it to my refugium on my reef tank about 9mo ago and I dont have any complaints. You do need to watch the water flow around it in the early days cause it will cloud up a tank if disturbed.

miracle mud is the best stuff out there. a little expensive, but well worth the money. you can plant in it with no problem.

my understanding is cheatomorpha (sp?) is preffered. it doesnt go sexual as easy and eats up the nitrates well.
