Miracle mud?

Has anyone used this stuff? and is it any better than mineral mud?

I used to have it. It is good stuff, but I don't buy into the fact that it really does anything special for your tank. I have never used mineral mud, but I assume it is pretty much the same thing.
I will tell you that it is a PITA to take out of your tank because it is like well...mud.

I used to use it, but I do not believe the benefits equal the price tag. If it was cheaper I might use it again.

I am using mineral mud as a 1" sand bed works fine. Had to cycle it for a week though. Could not tell you if it works as clamed. I do see a slight improvement in coral color but that could be because I am so good…

IMHO not worth the money.
One site tested it and it tested as bacially silica sand with higher then normal iron.

used it to start my fuge. worked great but I agree after two years it was a pain to get it out. just have sand in there now which seems to be working just fine.
