Missing arm!!

Just lookin in my tank an my serpant starfish is missing one of his arms!! I don't know how that happened?? Better not be from my darn fuzzy dwarf lionfish!! Who is getting his own tank by the way.
Will be arm regrow? Should I do anything? here's a pic if you can see it


My watchman goby wanted his pic taken too!

There could be several reasons why it happened. I would just keep a close eye on it and if it begins to deteriorate, I would isolate it.
