Nope, it is gone. I wonder what happenned. We were being civil, I thought. It was the coral reef one.
The only thing I can think of, is maybe, because the discussion launched to religion....but not from a creationist/evolution stand point...but nmore of a discussion about the bible and how it is interpretted.

I was wondering about the missing thread too. Is anybody (kablamo) oppossed to picking it back up? I was just wondering about the experience you mentioned. It was confusing to me. At first it sounded like enlightenment or nirvana, etc., but toward the end you said that the things you saw were just things in the room. Care to elaborate? Also, what did that do to your thoughts on religion?
I actually had a fairly similar experience once. Also sleeping in my room. I felt an incredible energy, unbelievable peace, and I really thought I was seeing Jesus. And for a long time I thought I had. I didn't really believe in anything at that time, but I would have said I was a Christian (not really understanding what that meant then). Now that I'm a Christian I have prayed about this many times and have come to believe that this was most likely just a dream. Although I can now see a potential purpose for what I saw, but will not go into detail on that just yet.
