mixing salt water for first time

I usually put the salt in the bucket then added the needed amount of water....lol

It matters because if you do it the other way around the minerals can settle out or will it combine together or something before it mixes with the water. Do not remember the exact reason, you will have to research that yourself. I only remember reading from a trusted source that it does matter, and I have done it the other way and it does not mix well at all. Lesley
