Mods!?!

I was wondering if the mods could get together maybe like a member location finder so a user can enter their zip code and get a list of fellow members in their area. Members could then find it easier to trade frags, fish etc.

alot of people put it in the profile on where they are. the easiest way is to list it there.
not sure if there is a way to add anything like that but I will pass along your request to admin.

I have seen it on other forums where you can just type in a zip and see all the usernames

yeah I know about that way but it would just be easier if you type in your zip code or city name and member names come up with their location, zip code etc.

I'm more or less opposed to this idea.
We don't want this forum to just come down to people logging on,searching for a zip code, trading, and logging off.
As it is now, the trading section is more or less an extention of the community.

I'd just be happy if sellers would make sure to post their ZIP Code or location in their posts. Its frustrating to see something you may want but would have to pick up, but no location. You come back the next day, and find out its halfway across the country.
