Mogal Vs HQI From Catalina Aquarium

Is there a Major Difference between these 2 different Lights I'm planning on getting 2 250 w for my 55 gal, and was wondering if I should spend the extra money to get the HQI, or if I am fine with the Mogals I guess you get more light per Watt with the HQIs but is that the only advantage?
I was also wondering if anyone has had experiance with Catalina Aquarium Equipment? and if so what is your Opinion of it

I have a retro fit kit and love the unit itself but the bulbs are cheap. Look into replacing them soon if you do purchase.
