I thing that can be done however is to track the location of an IP.
For example if a person says they are from Canada the IP can be traced to verify this.

Yes, it can be traced, but it's not all that hard to conceal your tracks either, or send false IP's.
I'm not sure who this guy is, but I'm not going to be mean to him or her just because I think I know who it is.
If it is Mr. Tang, he's just proving to everyone that the right thing was done when he was banned. Unfortunately, he can't take a hint!
And if it's not MR. Tang, then everyone is saying things about someone that they don't even know, some of them are rather rude!

I say it is and the best way to take care of the problem is to ignore him.
And if it's not...why is this guy speaking french on an english site. Does he expect everyone to learn french and respond to his questions????

i agree with dr kergel, it may be, but even if it is, he has not started any trouble, so let it be until he either needs help hten help, or if he starts a problem then deal with it, don't forget this is america, where you are innocent until proven guilty
besides, i am sure the sharks saw it and will be checking into it and keeping an eye on things in the mean time
but also, i gotta wonder how this french speaker signed on and responded to a couple of peopple if they don't know english, yes you can use translators, but why not respond in english with it(although sometimes not 100% clear, at least ti would help some)

I liked the posssts by Mr Tang...they were entertaining I thought. Even if he was fantasizing about the size of his tank...what's wrong with that?
I dream every night my 55 has turned into a 150. LOL.
Boy what I could do with that kind of space!
I vote they let him back on.
