Monti Cap question

What kind of light is needed for Monti's? I have a bock stock 14g biocube, and a 55g with coralife(4x65watt) PC lighting. Water quality is dead on and I have great flow.
Would a monti cap be healthy in either of my tanks under my current lighting?

the bio cube - i`m not sure
the 55, i`d say no...
i bought one when i had 4-65 PC lights on my 55 and it stayed alive. thats it, no growth just stayed alive. later i upgraded my lights to T5 and the monti started a nice growth rate ...

I think it would be a good small polyped stony to add. Should retain color and grow some, but don't expect crazy growth. Plus easy to frag & hardy, so you could really try it in both tanks. It will likely outgrow a 14g tank though.
