Montipora accident

I was moving a piece of live rock to make a place to put the new purple stylo that I picked up today. Like an idiot I temporarily put the piece of LR on my cross brace while I was moving something out of the way. The piece of LR fell into the tank and broke off a 5 inch by 3 inch piece of my Monti Cap. There's a few months worth of growth down the tubes.

I feel like such an idiot. I guess I'll see if I can trade the Orange Monti Cap frag for something.

It will grow back...now you have a frag to trade, or one to put in another spot

yaay accidental frags! Caps are usually speedy growers if your params are good.. I once punched a piece of orange cap once not meaning to and almost threw up when it broke off..

Yeah. It's not the first time I broke a piece off of him by accident. I'm just mad at myself because it's such a large piece.

lol yeah 1guy, it had grown so much and was scrolling so nicely that I thought I had ruined it!
