can monti's be kept under 5.3 wpg of pc lighting if places towards the top? All research points them to be moderate light corals? Thanks

I would say no. They need much more powerfull lighting to do well. There are plenty of corals you can get but I would not do SPS.

I have one in my nano cube under the stock lights at the very top. It does fine, only had it for a month though. It also gets sunlight during most of the day.

My purple, orange, red and green with purple rim does just fine....30g with 140watts pc and I have them in the top 1/3.....
