Moon Light Timing

Greetings...I just got a Odyssea 130 W PC for my 15 gal...It has moon lights...My question is, how long do I leave them on for? Or, how long do you leave yours on for?

I leave my moon lights on all the time. However, they are on a dimmer and are dimmed all the way down. If I were going to place them on a timer I would time them to come on when the main lights go out and turn back off when the main lights come on.

Yes mine come on after the main lights go off, and they stay on until 8AM
