I just made myself a pair of moonlights out of blue LED's for my 29G tall. :jumping: Should I keep them on all night long? Is it true that this wavelength will allow the fish to sleep without stress at night? Thanks so much.

I leave mine on 24/7. The fish should have enough rock in your tank to get some ZZZZZ's. Mine have never complained. BTW, I love sneaking up to my tank and watching with the moonlights on!
alot of people make the mistake of leaving them on 24/7 there should be a period of total darkness in your tank, at least 2 ro 3 hrs before the led lights come on
