Or you can take the "fight club" outlook on it and say that the evil corporate giants have picked apart our very souls since we were children, and this is the first step toward payback

well, i went in an asked to speak to a manager.
i had to ask again. at the point where i would have had to ask the third time, i said never mind and went home.
so, it will sit in my pocket and pay for new sand when i have to move my tank and set it up again.

Half hearted attempt IMO. Remember the words of ruaround...........
"take it back to her on your lunch or after work... karma man!!! ....something good will come to you in due time..."

well, this morning i went to the store again to take out money.
i purposely avoided that one self check out that i used last time as to ward off any bad karma.
i scanned my gatorade, and took out money. the money came out exactly as it should have.
i put my money in my pocket after counting it, and at this point i feel something hit my head. felt like water.
turns out one of the birds that lives in the store deuced on me.
bad karma? or, good luck since i get my yearly review at 10am today.

I have a moral conundrum, and need help.
So, this morning, i run to lowes to buy a soda and get $20 cashback.
For whatever reason this morning, I decided to use the "self checkout". first time i tried, card read failed. so i tried again. again, card read failed. there is a cashier monitoring the self checkouts, so she calls me up here so she can swipe my card. i go through the motions, it works, she gives me money, and i go on my merry way.
I get to work, and realize that i only took out $20, but she gave me a $20 and 2- $10. Meaning, she gave me an extra $20.
My moral dilemma is, what do I do with this extra $20 ? I cannot keep it, since it doesnt feel right holding onto it. It feels like stolen money to me, and its been nagging me all morning. Do I give it to charity? Do i go back to the store and turn it in?
What Would 1Journeyman Do?
Go get an MO and send it to me. I'll definitely put it to good use.

Hope your day improves. What did you eventually do with the money? If you haven't made a final decision on what to do (even though you tried to give it back), you could - donate it to your local food shelter/pantry or something else...

an important life lesson ive learned: whenever wwjd? (or ww1jd?) fails you, consider trying wwtrd?.
because, as everybody knows, trent reznor has all the answers.
