How big is your tank and what kind of fish do you have and what are their size.

i have 2 feather dusters,file fish,horse shoe crab,ananme crab,2 herment crab,pistol srimp,clown fish,2 zebra carnals,blue tang,long nose hawk fish,2starfish,boxingcrab and a 20 gal. iam not sure of the fish size

Jacoby, next to your avatar is says "fish lover", if this is in fact true, you need to return the Blue Tang. The fish is far far far too big and active for a tank 3 X's that size, I am sure you have a small fish now, but please return him, he will outgrow your tank in no time.
As far as the original ?, there is no eel I would reccommend in a 20 gallon tank. Different eels eat different things, some are fish eaters, some are crustacean eaters.
