I want to be very specific in my problem. I started my tank 6-7 weeks ago I have a 55 gallon tank with about 30lbs of LR. I have 3 damsels (had four as of yesterday one got popeye and I put him down) a tomato clow and a scopus tang. I also have 2 red crabs 2 emerald crabs 2 hermits and one arrow crab. My tomato clow got white spots and seemed like he was going to died so I went to a ***** (only place open) and got treatment BAd idea I should have waited but saw a problem and figure act fast. I bought (quick cure) I removed carbon like directions said and treated for 3 days, my clown got better but every morning he has spots again. The damsel that died yest. was the only other fish who was showing obvious spots also in the mornings. I vacumed and performed a water change 3 days ago, I have treated 3 more times and fish look better but you can still see a spot or two when you look closely. I don't know when to put back in my carbon filters? How will I know when it's cured? Also I wouldn't recommend Quick cure it turns all corners of tank blue (looks ridiculous). I also have heard and read many variations of how to properly treat. I dont have a Qt tank and need help?

You can buy a cheap 10 gallon tank at walmart or a rubber maid tub with a filter and powerhead.
First of all, too many fish way too fast. If your tank was set-up 6-7 weeks ago you are barely done cycling. It takes a while for your tank to adjust to a new bioload. With a 55 gallon tank you are maxed out at 5-6 fish depending on their size. It should have taken you months to get there.....
Seeing as your fish are probably stressed Ich is probably a good guess. You need to QT your visibly sick fish. I have tried Kick Ich and it didn't work for me. I'm not saying it doesn't work. Many people here have had success but for me it was $30 wasted... Ich has a life cycle of 20+ days and is not always visible. Just because you can't see it on your fish doesn't mean it's not there. Instead of dumping chemicals in your newly established tank, I would QT and do hypo. It's not hard to do but will require a refractometer.
Over a few days lower your salinity to 1.009 ppm. Keep your fish qt for 3 weeks. You will need to do daily water tests and changes because your QT tank hasn't cycled yet. It will be a lot of work but rewarding if you're able to save everyone.
The info threat goes into more detail..

yep, I agree with what is said here. The fish are stressed because there were too many added too fast.
