There are three of these what are they? Why dont the other two open? also right under the open one is some green with black dot worm like fingers that wave around there small like hair

I was thinking maybe a brown zoo? But the green string hair looking things got me they stick out of the rock in clumps kinda look like worms some a 1/2 inch some up to 2 inches any ideas?

Yes, they are a very beneficial worms. The dozen or so tentacles you see are probably just one worm.
