mine has went to hell in a handbag....found out the fish store I was driving ten miles to go to get my water was selling me crap. Got a tds meter and took it up there and thier "ro/di" water had a reading of 90. No wonder my sand all turned brown. got my own Ro/di hooked up, gonna do a few water changes and clear it up...

thats crap! yeah they shoulda changed there filters along time ago!
i dont chance it either i have my own setup and tds meter gotta play it safe when u have as much time and money into your tank cant leave it up to chance anymore

you should go get another gallon of water from them and test it in front of them and see what they say.

exactly right...got a $15 meter to save a $5000 tank.
I am just trying to figure out how fast to do the water changes. I did 25 gallons on friday when do you think I would be safe do to another one?

are the corals adversely reacting to the poor water??

teen...I did test it right there in front of him. said he changed filters and all. I went back the next week and It read "76"...but thats ok i figure my own ro will pay for itself in about three months and I dont have to carry 7 gallon jugs anymore...

im not sure teen heres a side profile its just turned into a big bush... it was only the frag in the middle with no side branches so its kinda cool to watch it turn into this

its cool jon its probably just the elevated DOC's my sand has some brown too but i feed alot

ive tried getin top down pics and always get a glare in the pic from the lights.....what are you doing to not get the glare or is it just my lights?
greatest tank ive ever seen hook me up with a frag of EVERYTHING you got lol

doesnt really look like a table. just wondering because i got a small table acro that was labeled unknown, its white with pink tips. it would be awesome if it was the same thing, but i highly doubt it.
