OK So I spent over 12 hours @ work today and I was boiling some shells to put in my nano and I left hte pan on the stove with the heat turned way the hell up. I had some shells and some small pieces of coral from south beach miami in there.
Anyhow - the water all boiled out and the shells and corals all turned brown - are they toast or can I do anything to reseruct them.
And yes my wife is not very pleased with me at this point ... me - I'm just tired of sitting in front of computers. I'm feeling a sick day coming on soon!!

Been cooking since I was 14. Became a manager 6 years ago and now goin to sell wine. But I trained to be a chef for a long time and once you have it you dont lose it.:D
Maybe if you have a family you could bring them down for dinner some time. My 2 year old loves people. All based on the new job ofcourse. Wifes income only right now. Nice little vacation. :D

hey guys thanks - it was only a couple of shells - and after checking my post I see that I could barely spell so I wonder what made me think I could supervise a pot of boiling water??
Thanks - I only have one hermit right now and I just wanted to make sure he did not go after my snails for their shells - I will buy a couple of small ones and pay closer attention!
Any chance of cleaning up the ones I have - they are a scorched brown right now ....
