You all know how to make a guy feel old. I grew up watching the movie that was on the Wonderful World of Disney on Sunday night. If you wanted it in color you had to turn the TV on 30 minutes before it started to let the tube warm up.
Cartoons were strictly a Saturday morning thing. Why else would you wake up at 7:00 on Saturday morning?
Lauren, I have every one of the Dinsey Sing-A-Longs, you know, for my kids!!!
This reminds me, last week at the elementary school I work at a kid had a jumble of paper clips and rocks in his hand. I said "what are you Mac Gyver?" He gave me that look like, what are you talking about crazy dude?!
I asked him and he said that he had never heard of Mac Gyver.
I love feeling old...........

ugh i wished they showed the old-school cartoons now 'a days. instead you have to buy the boomerang channel. . . . im so tempted to get it

you should get it..i love boomerang, my dad is a preacher so i was not allowed to watch alot of the tv and movies that other kids did unless i stayed the night elsewhere
so i finally got to catch up on the smurfs when i turned like 25

Wow! I think you were the first to mention Star Wars! Those are still my favorites! I remember my mom taking me and my brother to the theaters to see A New Hope!!
And I loved Voltron, too!!!
Also loved Alien... yeah, I was kinda young, but it's a great movie! And Indiana Jones...Disney's Davy Crockett movies and Herbie, Cannonball Run... sheesh.. too many movies to list!!!
