remove it with the rock it has its foot in or if its in the sand just dig your hand under its foot and lift

point a power head at it for several minute...it wont move right away but by the next day it should be in a new place that can be more accessable.
also i heard bout using an ice cube by its foot to get it to move, but havent tried that one

If its on a rock, its not likely an LTA (M.doreensis). If it is on the rock, a few tricks that might work;
A powerhead pointed at it.
An air bubbler at the foot of an anemone
An ice cube in a bag toucheing the base of the foot. Dont hold the ice cube on the foot continiously because it can "burn" the anemone.
