I just got a 46 gal bowtank and I wanna know that kind of light I should use or can I still use my 30'' lights. Also, how should I move all my fishes, corals, live rock and water to the new tank! Thanks in advance :)

The 46 bowfront is 36" wide correct? So you still can use your 30" fixture.
I would get new substrate, if you use your old one, it might release nitrates/phosphates into your new tank, which you don't want, and you can move everything, since your rock is already cycled, i see why you couldn't?
I would first add the substrate/saltwater --> aquascape --> add corals/fish
IMO

Yes it is 36 '', so I should be able to use it? And I was planning to get new substrate! I and my lighting is coralife dual T5 lamp. And you think I should cycle the water first before I add the fish?

I think you should be fine!
When i set up a 60 gallon i added my LR with fresh SW and i had no ammonia spike.
Are you using a sump?
