moving lr when adding new

when you add lr to a tank does it harm the tank when you move the existing lr around to accomadate the new?

i do not see why it would harm amything to move it i would just watch when you put it down that it is still the same side up that you had it the first time.

I was worried about kicking up whatever was on the surface of the sand.

from what i have read sometimes that is a good thing.

When you move your rock check the underside before putting down again. Sometimes things that live in the rock crawl out when yu move it and you don't want to squash anything.
