Moving tank contents (Emergency)

So, I had a piece of rock fall on the glass of my 10 gallon tank and now their is a crack in it that is slowly leaking water

So my question is can I move all of the contents into a new tank (which I already have on hand) and not have any negative affects? If I will, what would they be, and what would my options be?

You really only have one option at this point and that is to move your stuff now before it lets loose!! It will be cloudy for a day or two but you should be fine. After a couple days do a water change as well. How old is this tank?

The tank is a little over a year old
Im moving it all over right now, will moving all of the sand kick up stuff that will hurt my inhabitants?

do you have any extra water on hand.
I would add an extra filter with carbon and have water to do a water change if needed. Keep an eye on your levels.
