mower won't eat

I have had a l. blenny for about 3 months and he just keeps getting thinner. Tried flake, nori and I have a very small amount of hair algae(only about the size of a dime in 3-4 spots. I have 3 different types of macro he could eat but he just sucks on the glass. any suggestions before he gets worse

How old is the tank and what size is it?
My LMB won't eat flake or dried macros and he's a fatty. If you can get some of the fern type of macros the LMB should eat that.

Have you tried adding a bit of garlic juice to any of your food? Sure seems that fish love it. My blennie eats everything that I put in the tank.......garlic sure seems to be a favorite around here anyway.............just my 2 cents.........

Sounds like you should take it to back to the lfs or a friends tank that has the micro algae that they eat. It's sad to see them wither away.

40breeder 8 gal fuge 10 gallon sump trates are 10- ihave some fern type macro razor grape hard plate type the tank is 3 years old this month ill try garlic

Hmmm, sounds like he might just be sick.
