MP10 Question

I am getting an MP10 for my 29G....I ended up getting the wireless cause I found a good used one.....
what I need to kow is this
On my 225G I have 2 MP40's that are synced.......When I hook up the MP10....it WILL run on its own...won't it?

Question 2....I want it on the left side cause it is not in the wide open.....where on the left side wall should I place it.....if I put it dead center, I think it will point right at the rock there

put it 2/3 height more towrards the front of the tank. this will help create more surface tension and prevent all the sand being blown away while achieving a higher gph

WOOHOO...Just got the sorta new MP10.....tested it and it works....about to take out the 2 PH;s in the 29G and add this baby

NIKE, I have it where you said to place it.....and in random mode...HOLY COW.....In a 10G it sure does blow....LOL
here are some pics......what do you think of the placement? ALSO...I don't think I will be able to do full power...LOL...Right now I have it on the fifthe light from the right and it is BLOWING....sand is good though

WELL I Hope this helps with the blotchy cyano patchs I get on the sand....I am doing a W/C today too
I might have to move my skimmer....it seems the MP10 forces too much water into the intake (which is directly across the tank on the back) and creates bubbles.....I may just turn it around to face front of tank...OR move it to same side as Mp 10 and filter....HMMMM....Maybe I'll move filter to the other side...LOL

i think its just adjusting, give it time and you should be good to go

OH YEAH....I'm gonna just watch it for a few days......It's amazing how much moves in this tank when it gets to the highest setting I have it on....and like I said....it is 5 from the top

I am very happy to say THAT with the addition of this MP10 in the 29G, I have now eliminated ANOTHER extension cord, and another device

ON TO the next project

YES, BUT 2 years ago I could only afford the Koralias.....$30-$40 was easier to come up with...

WELL GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did not set it to sync.,...BUT the MP10 is synched with teh MP40's on the 225G

When I put the MP10 on feed mode....the 2 MP40's went there too....NO BIG deal since I have them on the same settings, and I feed all at the smae time
BUT, WHY did this happen?????

They shouldn't be synced unless you did it. Definitely odd, and worth asking EcoTech about.
Doesn't it look like such a baby compared to the MP40s?

YES, it is cute..HAHA.....BUT POWERFUL
I did not sync it.....all I did was plug it in and set it to the setting I wanted......
I was wondering.....SINCE I bought it used....IS IT POSSIBLE....it was programmed to be a slave, so that is why it is following my MP40's??????
I know I could unsync it, BUT I have to know how....LOL
