Well first and formost, I would like to send many thanks to my very loving and understanding wife. She normaly does not ask for anything in return for my spending habbits. Well, sometimes umm maybe. HAHA

there alot of time and money but nothign beats the look on people faces when they see it...
and when people say" wow i never knew they made a fish tank that big"!

i never did know they made them that big rofl. i only have 2 150s so thats just as good as yours =P

........I just bought a 90 gallon setup and thought I was big (*&^!!!
Well I would have to buy a new house for a 300 anyways.....lol. That will come in about 3-4 years. We measured everywhere in the house we are in now to fit something like a 180 or 200. We found that we would have to devote a complete room to the tank (my better half wouldn't have that). So she said bigger house bigger built in tank. I'm shooting for a 500-800 next time.....

300 gal big deal....An aquarium in california has 1 million gal tank that has a shark in it...hahah
Im kidding about the big deal..300gals..that really is a big deal..thats awesome!!! good luck to you. PIctures pictures pictures. Dont forget to put a rose bubble tip anemone in honor of me..haha. :hilarious

word of advice for ya josh along with a congrads..it takes alot of LR to fill a 300 i emptied 4 tanks worth into mine LR from 2 125 6 ft tanks 1 120 4 ft and a 100 6 ft and still had room for large coral peices..my 300 has about 400 + lbs of LR.hold on to that good stuff ya got your gonna need it

Well, To tell ya truth I am not made of money. So to get the lights I need, 2 400 watt mh 2 250 mh, and about 1k worth of PC i already have something has to give. So it is the Live Rock for now.

will i am a girl,,its good to see other people here from arkansas,,,how are you all enjoying your hobby,,i know i really like it,, i am in the nw arkansas part, i am about 3 1/2 hrs from little rock,,,it looks like we live quite a bit from each other,,,cant waite to see pictures...have a great day....
