mushrooms taking over

My first tank had shrooms that took off like crazy and I could not keep them under control. I'm staying away from them this time around though I did get some rics but I don't think they will take off.

there is a Reef club in charleston. I am not sure how far that is from you. It's called Charleston Reefers Club. They have a website
