Mushrooms

I have some green mushrooms..They all look like they are joined together ..one of them is hanging of and not stuck on..Will it just fall of eventually or will i have to take it off and put it on a another rock???and do mushrooms stick to the rock by themselves?and how long will it take to multiply or will it?????????

When the rock the mushrooms are on get to over populated with mushroom they will what i call jump off. At this time the mushroom will move around in the tank till they fine a new home they like. Maybe cc bed, sand bed or even a rock. You may move then to a place you want the mushroome to start growing in but they may not stay. Just let them move about till they are happy of keep moving then around in the tank till they a happy. You will know when they fully open back up. Once the mushroom has found a new home it will atach to the rock or sand bed in about 2 weeks. This has been my experience with them. Hope i have helped Tak
