i have a small whisper hob filter, and a mini-jet 404 (is this enough)
for now i have 26 watts pc lighting, just ordered the corallife power quad though.
as of right now i just have some red and purple shrroms, one ricordia polyp, and some star polyps.
the only inhabitants are two TINY maroon clowns which will be transfered to my 75 in a month or two.
i cant get any inverts till my lfs can get some in, or the hurricane season ends.

Looks great!
Keep the GSP's isolated like you have them now, those things almost took over my 10. I'm still trying to get them under control.

its been setup since the end of june. really busy summer, so i could barely keep up with the waterchanges, let alone redesign stuff. i think as far as inhabitants i would like to get a fire goby, and a purple goby
i am open to any suggestions :) i am relatively new to the hoby and reef keeping in general.
is there a small skimmer someone might be able to reccomend?
also i would like to set up a fuge soon, but havent got the slightest in how to set it up.

Looking good!....You might want to get a larger HOB filter.
A nice blue or black background would look really good, plus it would hide the wires. :D

thanx for the suggestions, i was actually going to get a blue background today.
any suggestions as to what hob filter to get? size etc?
i was thinking of maybe getting a big one, something like an aquaclear 500, turning it all the way down, and maybe turning that into some sort of refugium? is this possible? or am i way off here

A HOB filter that gets good revues is the one that has a heater cartridge built in to it. This saves space in the small tank. As far as a 'fuge, I have a 12" HOB that I really like. I get good macro growth there and it holds some of the hardware.

I have a millineum 1000 HOB on my 10 gallon and it's doing a great job along with 1 PH. The only other thing I may get is a surface skimmer if possible. :D
