Live rock is great filtration, that's why it's recommended you have about 15 pounds in a 10 gallon. Also 7 fish is way way overstocked, I wouldn't add more than one fish to a ten gallon, saltwater fish are territorial and a ten gallon really isn't enough space for most fish, one chromis gets 3 inches and a school really needs at least a 75 or larger and even then they tend to pick each other off. What kind of goby do you have? Some are suitable for ten gallons but many are not. As far as cleaning crew most will probably die off due to lack of food unless you are supplementing, these all pick off the live rock and scavenge leftover food, I would keep a couple hermits and snails and remove the rest, larger crabs can pick off fish when hungry and you don't really having much for hiding places so your inverts can feel secure. Also check into what kind of starfish you have as all but hitchhikers species aren't going to do well in a 10 gallon.
I'm curious how long this tanks been up and how you are testing water parameters, that much bioload I would expect problems with ammonia and nitrates. I went back and read through your posts: on 8-1 you brought 9 chromis home and had ammonia 1, nitrite 1, on 8-8 you had 7 chromis and now you have six. During this whole time you've been stating great water quality and no problems but you've already killed three fish in a month and caused your tank to cycle again. What more of proof do you need that you cannot keep this bioload in a 10 gallon?
