No angels..I think you are talking about my Kleins Butterflyfish...big mistake on my part.

Very cool. How long has the tank been set up? And what kind of lights are you running? Just curious, I'm going through a lot of lighting decisions of late.

What other plans do you have for the tank??

Patience, rickross23 your tank is only 1 month and 3 days old. Have you check your prams? Butterflies need a mature tank with near perfect water. And corals need perfect water. So again please have patience. This a fun hobby if you take it slow. With new tanks I recommend waiting a month B4 adding new creatures. On 1 year old tanks two weeks. Other wise tank is shaping up well, if you add a dark background it will make all your creatures colors pop.

I know about patience...the butterflyfish is very easy to care for in my case.

I plan on a mixed reef.

butterfly is gone now....he liked corals. my new diamond goby! i still have no lid....theyre not jumpers! ihave an open top reef.
he sifts sand all day while I watch.....beautiful, awesome fish.
any fish suggestions? thinking tang? which grazes on lots of algae? i have 4 chromis d goby and 2 clowns.

I would wait to add a tang or two until after you have added the rest of your peaceful and semi-peaceful fish first.

I don't get it. It says 120gal, but the tank looks so small

It's a 120 standard..its 4' x 2' x 2'....
