Nice! Have you considered putting a dark blue or black background on there.
IMO everything will stand out better. :D

allright what do you think??????soon it will be filled with acros and more sps.....i am getting between 1 inch and 2 inches of growth a month now (well thats how it would be if i added up the growth within a week...only been 4 weeks so far)

lol...broke is an understatement.....i have a locale wholesale facility who i know the ppl very well and get great deals......for exampble the 5 inche clown tang was 30 and the 4 inch humilis acro (browned but soon to be green or purple) was 30 dollars too..............but still the equip cost alot

Looks ten times better in person. Awesome tank! Made me rethink my own setup and gave me some ideas on how to set up my new one.
Glad to see you getting more organized. When I was there you had just set it up. How's the move going? Still working on the house?
Carpet's new, huh? Any new SPS?

very nice setup. Is the lighting only metal halide? or do you have some vho or pc in there as well?

only metal halides light the tank.............its already blue enough without actinics................
i finally go things hooked up (like the sump to the main tank!!!) was fighting bubbles for a month solid.....i wasn't very happy....so i am now going to start buying very nice acros cause my system can handle them......
sergio: joe is just starting to really get acros (cause in winter it is colder and easier to collect them and for reefsplender to keep tanks at a good temp)....bt he is getting some insane acros in and i am probaly going to pick up 3 or 4 this wednesday and 3 or 4 clams too.....also i am going to be getting about 5 acros a week for the next three weeks.......there will be plenty more frags for you :)......espiecially if i get my frag tray set up down in the sump......

Thats an awesome setup, i've been waiting for those pics for so long lol!!! I'm just starting to collect sps for my tank now that i got the halides setup i'm just waiting for my pc actinics to come in. I love this whole setup and it looks very nice. Your rock work is cool to!:D

yea i love the 20k and 10k too.....it adds so much versitility with how you can change your light intensity and temp throughout the day...i reccomend it to anybody really wanting to kick start sps growth and color

hey serg i think dan is getting 36 acros on tuesday and he is suppose to get 25 this week (he gets it direct so sometimes the ppl don't ship on right days so its hard to telll if he will have them).......but they are going to be pretty well priced and once we get them you can frag them and trade them
also i am going to update this thread with a few more pics of corals and a pic of my now recovering carpet (get sucked in my a ph when there was a sand storm and i power head blew over cause i was changing tghe flow)
