thats always been one of those love it or hateit skimmers glad it work for you. I have a super skimmer 65 on my 46 bow, works like crap

your live sand is turning brown because it is cycling and i wouldnt have an anomonie in a tank that new. but otherwise it looks great

I'd raise your SG to 1.026 as well.
Also, make sure the rock you plan to add is cured first, or the dieoff will cause problems in the tank. IMO the tank is still a bit young for livestock.

YES I KNOW PUT HES DOING GOOD THATS WHY NOT ADDING ANY MORE LR OR CRITTERS FOR 4 MORE WEEKS

Nice start. The backgound is a big improvement. If you have a lot of power outs maybe look at getting a backup battery air pump to come on auto when power goes out to keep the water moving till it comes back on.
And you have made a great start. Take it slow now. There is no race with reef tanks. Usually the fastest to set one up and stock it looses in the end.

Maybe one of your LRS or one of the fish drygood suppliers on line. Don't know if SWF has them. Might check here on the dry goods and/or do search on the net. I think even Wallyworld seels battery powered air units where the boating suppkies are, but I don't believe theya re auto when power goes out.
