Ya I think I do, I have 2 390 gph and my return pump is 660Gph so I think that's enough?
20X turnover rate is ok, though with only 3 sources of flow you probably have some dead spots around your rock work. if it were my tank I would add another small pump or two to try and bring my turn over up to about 30X and position them so they put flow around the base of the rock work to prevent detritus from setteling. (perfecting the placements of powerheads can be quite time consuming, because there are so many corals that like different flow rates it can be a challenge to set them up so you have everything happy)

Thnks reefkpr, ya I just put in another 390 gph powerhead, I had 4 damsels in the tank after the ich for 3 weeks and I just took them out today, they were 100% healthy and no signs of ich, now I'm going to run it until mid Jan fish free just to make sure it's 100% I am only going to put a few fish in until I upgrade, I'm going for the more
rare fish and rare coral, rather pay the money for 1 awesome piece/fish rather than a bunch of common stuff!!!! Give me some ideas!!!!

if your going to be running fish free for a while, and you want rare fish etc. I would reccomend bolstering the amount of LR in the tank while you are fishless. this will allow a chance to be sure the rock is ich free.
as for suggesting on a rare fish, I'm not sure how to advise you on that, there are so many fish and its all subject to personal taste. if it were me and my one rare fish for a tank I would go with a rhinopias eschmeyeri. though that would severely limit the adding of any shrimps or small fish.
