my 75 gal tank jurnal part 1: setup

hey guys i thought it would be a good idea to start a tank jurnal so i can get feedback on my75 gal reef tank
I have my stand and canopy ordered and it is coming in in 3 weeks so i need to have my setuup all figured out!!!
setup list:
75 gal glass tank
14 inch canopy
2x250 watt metal halaide hqi
40 gal sump with mag drive return pump
3 mag drive powerheads
1 asm gx2 protine skimmer
80lbs of live rock
80 lbs of live sand
overflow box
how does my setup look ?????? thAnks for the feedback

also this is what i was thinking about for my stock list:
2 perc clowns
2 bangiaa cardnials
2 purple firefish
1 flame angle
1 yellow watchman goby
1 flame hawk

That sounds like a good stocking list. What are you planning on keeping as far as corals and inverts?

Perhaps I would agree, I wouldn't add them all at once, I would prolly go the way of:
1-percs
2-cardinals
3-watchman
4-firefish
5-flamehawk
6-flame angel
Just eb sure to add everything slowly and watch your levels.

Those sounds like some pretty good beginner corals, I would wait on the clam though until you're sure you have everything prestine

i disagree. thats a nice size tank and a big sump and small fish. u can easly fit all those fish in there.

like i said thats too many fish for that tank. not only imo but others. i would think about that before buying that many fish.

like you siad one fish per ten gallons i agree i have a 75 gal display with a 40gal sump= 110 gallons of water

thats fine man i don't care that is good advice for other people who read this thread with just 75 galoon tanks !!!!!!!!!!!! no worrys!!!!!!!

hey guys also what clean up crew should i get ???? i was thinking the 30 90 gal cleanup crew on this site is that too much????? also i know some sites sell sump kits... should i get one?
