My 75 gallon equipment set-up

I have a 75 gallon tank with a nice oak stand. My question is what equipment will I need to run it and how much does the things cost. Please tell me name brands as well. ex ( skimmer : brand name : $ amount ). This would help me out a lot. I want good stuff but not the most expencive things out there. Thank you for your help.

I'm going to start with fish and live rock. I don't know if I will make the change to coral ever. I might just stay with live rock and fish.

Is the tank drilled or are you looking for mainly items that will hang over the back of the tank?
