Thanks guys
-About the tank, its a pretty simple setup.
Age: 1 year
Size: 75 gallon
Lights: (8) 54watt T-5's (no actinics)
pumps: (3) sureflow mods
skimmer: Remora Pro
No refugium, no sump, no water changes since November. Kalk dripped 24/7.
Fish:
(1) Hippo Tang *got him when he was the size of my fingernail
(1) Yellow Tang
(2) False Clowns
(2) Yellow Clown Gobies
(2) Yellow Watchmen Gobies w/ a pistol packin shrimp
(2) Neon Blue Cleaner Gobies
(2) Scooters
(1) Spotted mandarin
(1) Firefish
(1) Yellow Tail Damsel
Sounds like alot of fish but most of them besides the Damsel, Dragonets & Tangs just host corals or burrows so there isnt alot of fish swimming around.

Havn't been able to detect nitrates in 6-7 months. In part because of my deep sandbed, lots of porus rock & using xenia as my export for excess nutrients (10x more effient then using algae if you dose iodine) If I had a refugium it would be filled with nothing but xenia and rubble for it to grow on.
