I would not mix anymore small angels with your coral beauty. You can probably mix some smaller fish in as long as they can defend themselves against the green chromis.

They're damselfish :D Depending on the size of your puffer, I'm not sure how long their aggression levels will matter anyways...unless you got some really fast chromis! Don't get me wrong, I love my porc...but it will eat anything that fits in its' mouth and crosses its path too slowly. Including several attempts at my fingertips.

Chromis. although a damsel are very docile, temperment does not resemble the other species of damsels at all. But sistrmary is 100% correct about the puffer being a prob for them. The porc could also be aprob with the angel, they have been known to nip fins as well.

I have a coral beauty in with my porcy and they're fine. My case might be an exception though, since my fish is rather lazy and soon realized that begging at the top of the tank is a lot less work than picking on anything in the tank.
I've never had chromis before, (Although I've thought about getting a shoal of them for my 100gal if anything happens to my tomato)but I've read about them and I know that even maxed out, they're still bite sized for the puffer...even if they weren't, it still wouldn't bother the puffer a bit to bite them in half and eat them in two bites. Any fish you have in with a porcupine puffer has to be too big to fit in its' mouth one way or the other...There aren't a whole lot of cases of the fish being too long, they've got very powerful jaws.

Chromis are extrmely not agressive. There are the most passive fish i have ever seen. They just swim around minding there own buisness. The puffer probably will eat them.
