hey all, this is some pictures of me new tank. and the custom cabinet i built for it. its far from done as i live in a house that was built in the 1800's. andi needed to do some remodeling to the area the tank is going to set.

here are two pic of the cabinet after i got it built and painted with the base color. sorry i couldn't get the finished product yet. i used 2x8 where the tank sits across the top and bottom of cabinet so i wouldn't have to put a brace in the center of doors then there are 2x4s on all for corners doubled and the one on the outside of that for support of the 2x8s

i got out the airbrush and painted some lightining on the back and sides now just have to finish the doors and the rest of the spot its going to sit.

48 long 18 front to back and 25 high the canopy will look just like the cabinet but the guy helping me set it all up was thinking of building a selve for the refugium up there also so the copeds and such don't get killed by the pump.lord know i have plenty of room up there total of 37" from top of tank to ceiling

this tank will be a FOWLR. so with that in mind here are the fish that are definitely going to be in there snow flake eel yellow tang empoirer angel porcupine puffer and a lunar wrasse. what else would be good and what kinda clean up crew would you all suggest?

did you drill the holes by yourself?
if you did, could you share your technique with us? and could you show me where I can get the bits to drill holes please? I don't think the forum allows any websites to be posted. So can you pm me the site. Thank you very much. I have a few holes to work on...but dunno how

no i didn't drill the holes my LFS where i bought the tank did them for me. the owner and i are really good friends.
