hey guys i just wanted to do a build thread on my 90rr. this will be a slow process but i think i have a good start. i picked up the tank from a local reefer that is getting out of the hobby. all the equipment that i have so far came from him. i will list what i have and then some pics.
equipment:
90rr with closed loop and stand. the closed loop is 1 1 1/2 drain with 2 1 1/2
returns. the closed loop is ran off a iwaki 4-mdqx-mc pump.
a dyi 32" tall recirculating skimmer the foot print for this beast is 32"tall the skimmer body is 6 inch cell cast acrylic and the base is 15"x8 3/4" it is ran off a sedra 5000 pump.
a dyi dual chamber calcium reactor stands 23" tall and is made from 4" cell cast acrylic. running off a mag 5 pump. I will have to get the c02 bottle and regulator.
a dyi kalk reactor standing 24" inches tall and made of 4" cell cast acrylic running off a mag 2.
the pics of the tank were in my driveway when i was checking for leaks. only found one small leak in one of the returns.
and somewhere around 200lbs of dry live rock i have not weighed it yet for the exact weight. here are few
pics

more rock pics. i want to get it in the tank dry so i can get it up out of the middle of my office floor when i do i will get a pic so you can see what it may look like. i will be taking it very slow on this cause i want it to be perfect for sps. and the rest of my equipment may have to wait until spring when i go back to work. and can auctually afford the rest of the equipment that i will need.
hope you like and i will update this as often as i can and any and all comments or suggestions will be appreciated. also if you have a suggestion on future equipment plz don't hesitate.

Fun project. On the CL returns, you might want to consider some type of hidden spray bars or atleast a 2 directional nozzle on both hidden in the rocks. Better flow through out. If I do another tank, I am also going to do the back wall in glued flat rock with crevices.

Wow - you need to clarify where commas and periods would go:
is it:

No diagram capabilities. Lock lines with 10 or so holes on each would be best. With those, you can move them to many positions to suit the rock. I have made DIY spray bars out of pvc. You can just get ~12" X 3/4" PVC or so tubing and drill several holes in it, cap the end and attach 2 to each return. You would need to hunt down something in the plumbing section to reduce the return size and split into 2. At worst, put a reducing elbow (90 degree) and one spray bar on eachup the back of the tank.
