my anemone won't latch to the rock

I am new to reef aqauriums and I recently bought a bubble tip anemone for my clown. I can't get the anemone to latch on to a high up rock (for good lighting). It always seems to drift off in 10-20 minutes and float into a corner somewhere.
Any tips on getting it to latch somewhere or should I just let it drift and let it do it's thing?
Thanks.

I agree just let it latch wherever it wants to settle it'll move on its own.

I agree, my bubble tip was carefully planned to go in one specific area on the left of the tank. It stayed there for about a day and then moved to a rock up high and in the back. So, I moved the rock around so I could see it and it has been there for over a year. They will move to where the rock has a ledge....they prefer ledges best. Place it down low, holding on to it....with gloves of course, until it attaches. This could take awhile, it will then move to the area it prefers, current, light etc. Just watch it, and plan on moving any coral if it choses a not so perfect area. It will probably move for awhile.
