my blenny is covered in white little specs all over his face and almost to the back of it he is in a 24 gallon nano and there is pllenty of places to hide rocks and im pretty sure he has ick i have a 20 gallon qt tank but i dont know how im going to get him out and what should i use for treatment i have some copper but im not sure plz help

It shouldn't be hard to remove a fish from a 24 gallon nano tank. If the QT is cycled and ready, remove the blenny to the QT. Hyposalinity is the preferred method of treatment. It is outlined in the FAq's at the top of this forum. I would not use copper on this fish.

Move some of the rock to make some space. Take a small plastic container or other similar item, and use the net to herd the fish into the container. Lift it out and put it in the QT. If need be, take some of the rock out for a few minutes.

the only problem is that i have coral and other things mounted and growing on the rock and he hides in the back so i cant move them

Drain some of the tank water into a clean 5 gallon bucket and place the corals/rock in there for a few minutes. Once the fish is out put the rocks back. Having two nets is easier, or as mentioned, the net and container.

It's kind of a trade off. You'll have to do some rearranging but in a tank that size it shouldn't be too bad. I've taken 100+ pounds of live rock out of my 120 gallon to catch a sixline wrasse. It's a chore but the end result was worth it.
Are there any other fish in the tank? If so, they have been exposed and also need to be treated. Remove them to the QT as well.
