Special VHO ballist with integrated timers, yes they are 4 ~ 110 watt bulbs. I only use URI VHO bulbs. Actinic and the 50/50's.
50% actinic 03 blue phosphors & 50% white spectrum Color temperature: 12,000K
100% blue spectrum peaks at 420nm
The MH ballast is also a dual ballast for 2 ~250 watt MH bulbs.
