My Coral Banded Shrimp is killing my scarlet legged hermit crabs!

I caught him with the smoking gun today or maybe I should say the smoking hermit! Anyway, my hermits have been slowly disappearing lately so I was looking around the tank and one was hanging out of the CBS mouth.
Is it normal for CBS to do this?
If so will he attack anything else in my tank?

CBS can be agressive.. its very possible that he will kill em all. and yeah he can attack other things if he wants.. but they are slow and most stuff can get away from them

I used to have one...and he went after everything in my tank. I got rid of him, since he was nipping on my condi.
Just thought I would share my experience with em.

I've got a CBS... He lunges after my friend's 4" long Bluefin Damsel all the time (he's taking it back this weekend... finally), and I saw him trying to get at my clownfish one day. And I think (but not sure) he's killed one of my scarlet legged hermits. So, sounds like he's normal to me :D

I think he ate my clown while I was at work today. All that is left is his head and it's laying under the overhang where the CB lives. Since Tuesday he's eaten about 5 or 6 of my hermit crabs, he's got to go!
