hey all
who got any thing bad to say about coralife as far as im concernd ther just ripping us off.my bitches are 3 tanks with calcium levels well over 750++ witch are being fixed one is just a tank that i make water in with no additives.on to the bulbs over the years i used to buy thier 40watt 48 inch bulb (several)that would burn out within a week if i changed to anther brand there was no prob with that. i found out that panasonic makes thier compact bulbs and of course last month i had 2-96watt bulbs crack and they would not stand behind them i think panasonic needs to stick to radios and not our hobby i called leroy at garf today and he had the same things to say about kent product.i dont know about them since i dont use kent marine stuff but i thought i would thow that in.i could go on about other products but i wonder what any body eles has to say about things in our hobby or who they feel is ripping us off......rob

Yah, don't buy the Red Sea Calcium test kit or the FasTest Calcium test they are inaccurate or don't work, its all the same to me buy Salifert.
I've heard that the Sunburst 12000K MH will explode, had mine for 9 months no problems for me and my corals love it and so do I.

Sounds to me like you need to test your ALK I bet you will find it low if Cal is up then alk would be low. As far as kent or coralife i havnet a clue i never use them or have. Seachem seams to work very well and does what the dosage says it will do (mgl wise). sorry to hear your haveing troubles with these companys may want to take a chance on Seachem and try to get your tanks straighten out. goodluck. very interesting missy.....when I started comtemplating additives......the best suggestions were to pick one company and stay with them...I also use seachem exclusively........only been a month but they do seem to perform as advertised.....and I follow there reccommendations
