LOL. So anyways today we got a call saying that my daughter Stella was on TV. Well, kinda... The Today Show has a little cutest baby contest going on. My wife was bugged from a friend to submit a photo, so she did. My mother-in-law was watching the Today Show with Kathy Lee and Hoda and they were running a promo for the contest before a commerical break. They showed like 10 pics of cute babys and my Stella Belly was the second to last one.

Sorry, I know its cheesy but I don't care. National TV is a big deal. Look out world here comes Stella. LOL
Okay I needed to put this up of my other daughter or she would be upset. Her new job is helping daddy feed the fish (this consists of her holding the net on the way to the freezer).

Way to go Tallulah!!!!
Thanks for putting up with me gushing over my girls. lol

Thanks Meowzer!!!! Today was Tallulah's first day of preschool. I went into work late so I could help drop her off and take pics. My wife was fine but I was a mess. Did not expect that. LOL
LOL...I'm not an emotional person (at least not in the public) BUT I cried like a baby the day my first went to school
AND then the day my last started school :( Not that the 2 in between didn't mean anything...LOL....But the others were life changing events (for me) the first time you do something, and the last time you will have to
(of course graduation day too)
NOW I go to my grand childrens first days...and all their school things too....BUT not as emotional

Both girls are beautiful!.....I love that age when they first start school, so sweet. We watch the Today show, and missed the babies...bummer, I'm happy for you....all kinds of sweet memories in the making.

Thanks Flower!!! It was very exciting to get calls to say you kid was on TV. I will have to save the clip to show Stella when she gets older. Too much fun. LOL

Oh yes, these are good years, LOL...I hope you keep upgrading whatever you tape the clip on. I had so many movies on VHS and now I have to pay out big time to get them transferred....I even used to have a VHS and DVD that would burn them but I was lazy....and now that's gone and they don't make them anymore...even DVD is going Blue Ray.

So, I just got a call from my wife who is flying out of town with our 18 month old (Stella). They installed a new play scape at the Detroit Metro Airport, which Stella was playing on, when a camera crew from a local news station came up and started filming. They told her that Stella would be on the 10:00 news tonight!!! Crazy!!
Here is a current pic of my baby girl.
I am going to try to DVR the show and then maybe try to upload it to Youtube.

No doubt... But I never said that that was a pic of my baby on MY lawn. LOL
Its my brothers new place. They just moved in...The lawn was a mess, it had weeds higher then my kids.

Not gonna lie... My lawn has a lot of brown spots too. LOL.

Color must be off, I thought those spots were yellowish. For that I suggest SOD.

Lol I didn't even realize how old this thread was! Your kid is definitely going to enjoy seeing herself on air years to come... and then she'll show her kids and grandkids and then they'll show their kids and grandkids and then their kids will.. OK you get the point.
