Ummmm.... not so cool. Guess it would work if you really want to be seen before the one who is actually having a heart attack.

If the ER wasn't used as a doctors office where you don't need an appointment, the peeps that need to be seen would be seen SO much faster.

I suggest pulling either a Two and a Half Men, where Alan pretends to be Matthew Broderick in order to get Charlie seen...OR, pull a scene from For Love of the Game and ask the doctors if this is America, if Saltwater Fish keeping isn't America's Favorite past-time?
