Nicely done. BTW- I'd be carefule of the ss hose clamp in the water. I know it is stainless but I have stainless all over my boat and some still seem to react to saltwater and rust. There are plastic hose clamps or zip ties that will work well. Something to consider.

Looks like it cleared up quite a bit.
I used a table saw to cut to the acrylic. No real plans for the canopy. I just used some PolyMAX wainscot siding on plywood (3 sides only) and 1x3 for support. The front flips up.
As far as lighting...I just ordered the Current Sundial Pendant HQI 250watt, 2-32watt PC. Right now I only have 2- 65w PC actinics (had the ballasts from another setup) and 4 moon lights.
Thanks for the comment about the SS clamps. I thought that might cause an issue. Can you believe that after a few days they started to rust. I will go out this weekend and pick up some plastic clamps...

Great Job!
I have a similar design for stands I have made and have recently questioned it. Having a continuous 'band' around the bottom seemed a great way to make a sturdy stand. But this weekend I moved a tank to make room for a new one and the new location for the old tank was 'bowed'. I Actually had to shim the middle of the back of the stand to get it level, and when I did so the shims at the corners came loose. In the pictures below you will see the partially completed stand for the new tank (that's as far as I got when the help showed up to get it out of my wagon) I was going to re-build the new stand with actual 'feet' but that ruined the whole leg design, do you know what I mean? So I plan to glue 1" thick hardwood squares at the corners instead. I also plan to put some light gage flat strap bracing on 3 sides to keep it from racking when I shim it, as I watched the old stand basically twist as i tried to shim it level. Thanks for sharing
