My dumb question about stomatella snails...

How quickly do they reproduce? I am noticing a TON in my tank. I have been dealing with cyano and now that is under control.

I think it has to do with nutrients. We have a ton in our refugium. My yellow coris wrasse makes sure they're snacks in the main reef. Before we got him, they were everywhere!

Stomies generally only come out after lights out anyhow, so if I'm ever lucky enuff to have a tank that's crazy with them, I simply pass them around to my other setups as needed.
